You must follow our terms and conditions whenever you use, browse, register or place an order with panduro.com. It is your responsibility to know what our latest terms and conditions are.

Prices

All prices shown on the website are in GBP including VAT. Prices are daily rates and are updated continuously. We reserve the right to change prices due to commodity prices, tax and currency adjustments and printing errors.

We operate a standard delivery charge of £ 6.00 per order under £59,99 including VAT.
Orders over £ 60,00 including VAT are delivered carriage free.

Products

We always try to give you the most up-to-date product information but sometimes we do get it wrong. This can include: -Not having the right details for the product
-Different product packaging and/or texts than shown in images.

The color shades on our website may differ from the actual colors of the products, as colors may vary depending on lighting and color rendering on different computer screens and devices.

We enclose instructions for use of our products where relevant or required. The manual is written in English or designed as a visual guide. Always remember to read the operating instructions carefully before starting a new project.

Order

Order data

When you place an order with us, you can go to 'My Account' at any time to browse your order history. We have a privacy promise to keep all of your data safe and secure, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Order confirmation

When you agree to these terms and conditions and your order, a binding agreement is created.
We will send you a receipt of your order in an email. Please read and check the details carefully to make sure that they are correct. You will also receive information about our cancellation and return policy as well as a link to our total purchase and payment terms.

The amount of stock shown on the website is a guide. We will confirm the stock amount when we confirm your order. If some of the items you ordered are not on stock, they will be removed from your order and we will refund the money as soon as possible.
We may not process your order if we notice that the product information on our website is wrong when you place it.
To be able to shop, you must be 18 years and have a national registered address in the UK.

Delivery time

All orders are picked and packed at our central warehouse in Sweden within 1-2 days from receipt of order. The carriers transport times differ* and should be added to the delivery time. Follow the tracking link in your delivery confirmation for exact information.

*FedEx 1-3 business days (Economy)

All items ordered up to 10 kilos will be dispatched in a single shipment. Orders above 10 kilos will be packed in multiple packages at Panduros cost. Any items out of stock will be cancelled and needs to be re-ordered. We will advise when the items will be back on stock on your delivery note.
During our peak seasons or during promotions, delivery may take a little longer.
You have the right to cancel the purchase if you cannot accept a longer delivery time than confirmed in your order confirmation. You will be refunded within 14 days.

Delivery

We are not responsible for any delay in delivery if you are not there to collect your order when it arrives. It is your responsibility to tell FedEx, our courier company, to arrange re-delivery or collection.

Terms of Payment

Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment option where payment is made directly to Klarna:

Withdrawal and returns

We are offering extended returns until 31st January 2021 for any orders placed between 13th November - 24th December.

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right; of withdrawal for 14 days from the time you received your package, to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you 30 days full returns at self-cost if you simply change you your mind. Notify customercare@panduro.com with 30 days from receipt of your order.
Members of We are Panduro always have 365 days full returns at self-cost. 

The right of withdrawal does not include:
-Products that are designed or specially manufactured according to your instructions, or carry a clear personal touch.
-Sealed items where you have broken the seal and the item cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

Note: The product must not be handled to a greater extent than was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (unused and in unopened packaging).
If the item shows that it has been used, or has been damaged, you should expect to pay for the impairment.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your package.

Link to our return form is also sent in the order confirmation.
-Return freight shall be paid by buyer.

You cannot undo the purchase by not picking up the package. You must give us a clear message that you have canceled the purchase. We do not redeem packages sent to us.

Send the goods back as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your undone purchase. Take care that the goods are properly packed; you have the responsibility until we receive them.

Return of WEB orders/Refunds

WEB orders must be returned to Panduro's main warehouse at self-cost.

For fast and safe returns:

-Fill in the enclosed return form and place in the parcel.
-Use the same packaging in which you received your goods or pack properly as you have the responsibility until we have received the parcel.
-Deliver the return package at your nearest Fedex delivery point.
-If you return flammable goods, please make sure that the packaging is clearly marked with the flammable symbol.
-You will be refunded within 14 days after we receive the items from you

Complaint

The Purchasing Act's rules applies on your purchases

You have, according to the Purchasing Act, a 24-month warranty on all goods, which means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. Errors and defects in a product must be informed within a "reasonable time" after you discover the defect. A 2-month notice period is considered reasonable. According to Brittish law you may be refunded up to 6 months from receipt of package.

If we consider the goods should be returned, Panduro will pay the return freight. Always contact Customer Care for a prepaid and preprinted address label.
Pack the goods properly - you bear the responsibility until we receive them. Remember to enclosed a copy of the return form.
